250g Sarangani Bay Bangus Back Fillet (Skin remove and minced)

Cooking oil

Garlic (Minced)

White onions (Chopped)

Ginger powder

Calamansi juice

Red bell pepper (Chopped)

Tomato sauce

Sugar

Green peas

Salt

Pepper

Raisins 

Saba banana (Halved and fried)

Eggs (Fried sunny-side up)

Cooked rice

Procedure:
  1. Saute in oil garlic, onions, red bell pepper and bangus meat.
  2. Add ginger powder, calamansi juice and tomato sauce. Cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Add sugar, salt and pepper.
  4. Lastly add green peas and raisins.
  5. Arrange in 4 plates rice, bangus, fried bananas and fried eggs.
