420g Sarangani Bay Smoked Deboned Milkfish, skin removed

Cooking oil

Cooking oil

Minced garlic

Sliced onion

Sliced tomatoes

Water

Medium eggs, beaten

Salt and pepper to taste 

Procedure:
  1. Heat ½ cup of cooking oil in a frying pan. Lightly fry smoked bangus. Cool. Remove the skin of fish and flake into large chunks. Set aside.
  2. In another pan, heat 2 tbsp of cooking oil. Saute onions, garlic, and tomatoes. Add water and allow to come to a slow boil.
  3. Stir in beaten eggs and lower the heat. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
