Sarangani Bay Smoked Ground Milkfish

Sour cream 

Mayonnaise

Chopped dill leaves

Lemon juice

Salt

Ground black pepper

Medium avocado

Cherry tomatoes, halved

Cucumber

Crusty bread, toasted (sour dough, whole wheat or rye) 

Procedure:
  1. Whip sour cream and mayonnaise together. Add smoked fish, dill and ½ portion of lemon juice, salt and pepper. Set aside to chill.
  2. Toast bread slices.
  3. Mash avocado pulp and season with remaining lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Spread avocado on each toast.
  4. Divide fish salad on top of the 4 pieces of toast. Place cherry tomatoes, cucumber slices on the side.
  5. Drizzle with extra sour cream and sprinkle with fresh chopped dill.
