SARANGANI BAY Boneless Milkfish Fillet (Approx. 500g), skinned and finely chopped

Cooking oil

Garlic, minced

Cold rice

Salt

Soy sauce

Fried sunny side-up eggs

Tomatoes cut in halves

Achara

Procedure:
  1. Heat cooking oil in pan, add fish. Fry until crisp. Remove from heat and strain. Set aside.
  2. Using same pan, heat 1 ½ tbsp of oil, add garlic, rice, salt, and soy sauce.
  3. Fry rice until well heated thru and when its light and fluffy.
To assemble:
  1. Top with eggs and crisp fried tinapa flakes.
  2. Serve with tomato and achara.
