Pond Operation

At Sarangani Bay, we maintain one of the largest bangus growing and processing operations in the Philippines which includes land-based ponds and sea cages. To make sure that our fish are flavorful, we use a proprietary mix of fresh and salt water from Sarangani bay at different stages of bangus growth. On top of that we make sure that we maintain healthy levels of dissolved oxygen in our ponds for our fish to grow in the most ideal conditions.
